Registering is free and is necessary if you wish to use this site. You will need to sign an agreement when you register. There are two "levels" of site membership. Level I members may view information on the site, but may not edit or add new information. To register for a level I site membership, you must sign an agreement indicating, among other things, that you understand certain genetic principles and that you will use the information found in the site only for certain purposes. Level II members may add and edit information on the site pertaining to dogs they currently own or have owned in the past. Level II members must sign the agreement for a level I membership as well as an additional agreement that they will publish ALL information on dogs they own, both positive and negative. If you do not feel comfortable publishing this information on the site, then you should opt for a level I membership (or no membership at all). If you change your mind later, you can always upgrade a level I membership to a level II. Please fill out the form below. All fields are required except kennel name. All registration information submitted will be kept internal to the Open Health Registry and will not be given to third parties. Your username must be your email address. It is critical that this email address be valid; if we are unable to contact you at this email address, you will not be granted access to the site. You may use any password you like, but for security reasons it is recommended that you use a password different than the password(s) you use elsewhere.
